Nicholas Horsburgh has excelled in the New York City Real Estate markets for over a decade and
is now Director of Sales for Ascent. He also spends his time advising investors and developers
on the acquisition side of transactions and projects, maximizing their profits. He brings a very
rare blend of Residential, Commercial and Investment expertise to the table.
He spent 8 years in luxury real estate running a team that specialized in UHNW and institutional
investors. This led him to take on larger and more complicated transactions as the years
progressed.
After many years at Corcoran’s Global Headquarters, he transitioned into his role as Senior
Investment Specialist at Warburg Realty. In 2016, he founded his own investment portfolio
group, Weld Capital Partners, that he continues to run as Managing Principal.
Be it a simple residential transaction, a large retail lease, or a 1031 exchange of multiple mixed-
use assets, Nicholas’ work-ethic, knowledge and dedication to his craft will certainly be seen as

Nicholas lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and spends time in Southampton, Long
Island. He’s an avid Yankee fan, skier, and collector of antiques and rare books.
